Description - For 1355mm long core drilled posts:
A hole must be core drilled into the tile and concrete base. The hole diameter must be 63mm for round posts and 76mm for square posts and the depth of the hole must be a minimum of 120mm.
Grout for the core drilled holes can be ordered from the Accessories page. 1 bag will do approximately 20 holes.
For 1255mm long flange mounted posts:
For fixing onto timber decks use four 60mm long s/steel batten screws.
For fixing onto tiled and concreted areas use four 50mm long s/steel batten screws with 8x40mm nylon plugs. These can be ordered from our Accessories page.
For 1800mm long in ground posts: A hole 300mm x 300mm x 450mm deep must be dug. Quick set concrete is used to set the post in position.
Quick set concrete can be ordered from the Accessoriespage. Approximately 1 bag per hole.
If any of the above posts are going to be used as an end post, the maximum gap between the post and the wall or fence is 100mm.
